Will I be billed each month?

Our systems charges you automatically you every three months until you cancel your account. All charges made in Canadian dollars.

Is there a contract for signing up?

No there is no contract and you can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings at the bottom of the dashboard.

What is the refund policy?

Because of the nature of the site, if you access any part of the site during your month subscription, you are not eligible for a refund that month. However, you can welcome to cancel for the following month as you wish.

Are there additional fees?

Most items are included in the monthly fee; however, we do offer private consulting for an additional fee. Also, some special items like courses or in-person events may cost extra.

How does cancelation work?

Upon cancelation, you loose access to the membership site immediately. You will not receive a credit for unused days in a month nor have access to any content.

I canceled my account, but want to rejoin. What do I do?

Welcome back! Simply log back into your account and update your billing information to restart. Or you can use an new email to sign up for a new account.


Can I share the membership content with other people?

You are not able to share the templates or content until you have made it your own with your own information. Sharing it with other professionals, with the intention that they use it for their own use, is strictly prohibited. Should they want access to the content, they must purchase a subscription themselves.

I have a team and I would like us each to have access. Do we each need a separate subscription?

If you have more than three members, please get in touch with us at susan @ for information on signing up a team, department, or business.

Do you accept submissions for content from other business professionals?

Yes at times we do accept content from professionals  – especially  How To and Best of Articles. Please send us your pitch at susan @ theeloisepr. com.


Do you have phone support?

No, not at this time.

Can you help me fill out any templates?

The templates are designed as a DIY option for you to carry out your own promotions. We do not provide individual coaching on how to fill out the forms unless you book a private consulting call.

Do you provide tech support?

With nature of the site is to provide DIY templates and worksheets. We do not provide tech support for individual downloads. If you are having problems with logging in or if any pages are broken, please get in touch and we can help you.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Simply visit the login page and hit the forgot password link. You will then receive an email to change your password. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email right away.

I already signed up, but the system is asking me to pay again. What do I do?

Please ensure you are using the original email you used to sign up with and not another email address.
